Bike Rental Terms & Conditions
Deposit
Original Driving license OR Passport OR 1000/- (whichever will be comfortable) is to be deposited before picking up the vehicle and the same Will be returned once the vehicle is dropped.
Fuel Policy
Fuel is not included in the rental amount, we provide sufficient fuel to reach the nearest fuel station. We will not be providing a refund in case extra fuel is leftover at the time of returning the vehicle.
Delay Policy
Delay charges will be 200/- per hour along with double of hourly rental charges according to the vehicle model.
What do we collect?
We may collect the following types of information but not limited to the following-
- Name
- Age
- Gender
- Photo
- Contact information including email address
- Postcode
- Internet protocol address
- Driving license information
- Address proof
- Aadhar for Indians (Masked Adhar not accepted)
- Passport and Visa information for International users
- other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers etc.
Location tracking -
We track the location of all our vehicles to locate the user in case of emergencies, accidents, thefts or any other mishaps. The same data may be shared with insurance companies, government agencies or the law enforcement agencies in the course of an investigation.
User Behaviour -
User information will be collected and shared through the GPS devices and shared with third party applications to improvise the services. We may collect your Personal Information as well as other information from third parties like business partners; contractors; vendors.
Permissions required on Mobile application -
Camera and Photo Gallery - Users would be required to upload documents such as Drivers license or ID proof on the app to use our services
Location -
Will be required only if the user requires a home delivery service

To improvise the app experience and user behavior
Use of Information
We will use all your personal information for record keeping to provide you a better rental experience through us.

- To send you statement or invoice
- To collect and refund the payment to you
- To Marketing/Advertising/Promotional or Business communications
- To Notify you on various security and administrative issues
- To respond you on your queries and questions
- To Send you the information that may be of interest to you
- To address you if we have a proven point that you are violating the right of any third party or any agreement or policy that governs your use of website services/product.
Damage policy
The User/Rider agrees to pay for any damage to, loss of, or any theft (disappearance) of parts of the vehicle, regardless of cause or fault. Items damaged beyond repair will be paid for at their Market Price.
The representative shall check the bike and its parts in order to ascertain any damage to items. Damage shall be defined as follows:
Any damage which existed prior to the handover of the vehicle and was agreed between the user and lessor will not be chargeable to the user.
Tear in the seat cover will result in a charge towards a replacement of the seat cover. Opening up a stitched joint will not be chargeable.
Any variation showing damages, if ascertained as not caused by normal wear and tear, would be charged and would have to be borne by the user.
In case of an accident or collision, the users are accountable to pay a standard amount towards the accident insurance not exceeding Rs. 15,000(which may vary depending on the severity of the damage). The members are bound to pay for the repairs incurred due to damages caused by the collision/accident.
Any charges exceeding Rs. 15,000 will be claimed from the insurance.
Prohibited Uses
The use of a Lessor’s vehicle under the following conditions is prohibited:
The user agrees to use the vehicle for personal use only.
The user will not carry load or passenger more than the prescribed limit by the authorities. Our motorcycles(Vehicles) cannot be used for rallies and rally surcharges or any format of professional or amateur competitions or for performing stunts.
By any person who is under the influence of (i) alcohol or (ii) any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended. In carrying out any crime or any other illegal activity as deemed illegal by the LAW.The user is not allowed to make any modifications, internal or external to the motorcycle. Any additional fittings on the vehicle will lead to prohibition of the user from usage of the motorcycle any further.
Minors will not be provided with any vehicle from AS Orbiter and the same is expected from the users. The company will not be responsible in case the vehicle is shared with a minor. Any sharp objects, weapons or illegal substances are prohibited from being carried on any AS Orbiter vehicle.
Delivery Process :
We will coordinate with the User to schedule the vehicle's delivery. The User must be present at the agreed date and time, at the designated location for vehicle receipt. The User must conduct a test ride of the vehicle before accepting it from the Company. Delivered vehicles cannot be rejected after handover. The User may request a vehicle exchange if dissatisfied with the vehicle's condition. While quality checks are conducted before delivery, the User is expected to inspect for damages and report them to the Company's representative, accompanied by photographic evidence. It is hereby clarified that the vehicle delivery is contingent upon availability. If at the time of the scheduled delivery, the User is unavailable or refuses to take the delivery of the vehicle, they will be charged a stipulated fee of INR 200/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Only) for rescheduling. Furthermore, the Company retains the right to refuse Services to any User not deemed suitable by us or our authorized staff. Without waiving our rights and claims under the law and equity, we reserves the right to terminate/suspend User registration, withdraw Services, or impose penalties if the User misuses or operates the vehicles in contravention of our policies and Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation policy as below:
Short term bookings:
No show - 100% deduction and only security deposit will be refunded Between 0 - 6 hrs of the pick up time - 75% rental charges will be withheld and security deposit will be refunded.
Between 6-24 hrs of the pick up time: 50% rental charges will be withheld.
Between 24-72 hrs of the pick up time: 25% rental charges will be withheld.
72 hrs or more prior to the pick up time: 10% of rental charges will be withheld. 30% of the rental amount will be deducted, if: Customer is not willing to submit the document as per the terms and conditions. Customer is not able to verify their identity. Customer documents are not valid. Extra charges such as the following will be applicable - Helmet : If a user chooses an extra helmet on the spot, it will be billed additionally on the spot. Damages : Damages will be inspected at the drop-off time and the charges will be collected on the spot as per the damage terms and conditions.
Refunds
Security Deposit -We have a refundable security deposit for certain vehicles. The refund of the security deposit usually takes 3-7 working days to reflect in the source account from the date of invoice after the trip has ended. Any other refunds - Any refund processed by us usually takes 3-7 working days. Note - No refunds will be issued in cases of early drop-offs.
Privacy Policy:
As Orbiter is the owner of the website domain at www.worldtripplan.com and any service availed by Users through the Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in Terms of Service as available on Platform and this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).
THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN THE FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMED UNDER THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND THE RULES MADE THEREUNDER AND THE AMENDED PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS / RECORDS IN VARIOUS STATUTES AS AMENDED BY THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 OR ANY RELEVANT STATUTE OR REGULATION UNDER ANY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure that there is an intact charter to collect, use and protect any personal and/or sensitive data collected by us. This Policy defines our procedure for collection, usage, processing, disclosure and protection of any information obtained by us through the Platform. Capitalised terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in our Terms of Service. Any reference made to Privacy policy in this document shall mean and refer to the latest version of the Privacy Policy.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY. THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY WILL BE EFFECTIVE UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SAME OR BY YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES AND WILL GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COMPANY AND YOU FOR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND OUR SERVICES.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES UNDER LAW. BY USING THIS PLATFORM AND AVAILING OUR SERVICES, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE AND CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR AVAIL OUR SERVICES.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY REASON OF ANY DISCLOSURE (INADVERTENT OR OTHERWISE) OF ANY DATA, IF THE SAME IS EITHER (A) REQUIRED FOR SHARING YOUR INFORMATION FOR LEGITIMATE PURPOSES; OR (B) WAS CAUSED THROUGH NO FAULT, ACT, OR OMISSION OF THE COMPANY.
Payment Fee Policy
- Bike rent will be charged for 24 hours.
- Rent will be charged as per the date
